What You'll Be Doing Managing and onboarding platform users Handling customer support and resolving user inquiries Analyzing data and preparing reports to support decision-making Supporting the sales team with lead follow-up and prospect management Contributing to day-to-day operations as we grow toward launch

Requirements IT graduate or current co-op student (Diploma or Bachelor's) Fluent in Arabic and English. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data tools Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently Strong communication skills
