Job Title: Lead MEP Technical Office Manager Job Summary The Lead MEP Technical Office Engineer is responsible for leading MEP technical activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, codes, and project requirements. The role oversees MEP shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, technical documentation, BIM/clash coordination, design reviews, and site technical support. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise MEP Technical Office Engineers and technical staff. Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, IFC drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submissions. Manage material submittals, RFIs, technical clarifications, and consultant approvals. Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS, and other MEP systems. Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, civil, and other disciplines. Identify and resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and site technical problems. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.10–15 years of MEP construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior/lead technical office role. Strong experience in large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary coordination. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, MS Office, and preferably Primavera P6/MS Project. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BIM coordination, technical documentation, and construction practices.
