- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all instrumentation and control systems, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and project specifications.
- Lead and mentor a team of instrumentation engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the instrumentation budget, including procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of critical instrumentation assets through proactive maintenance strategies and root cause analysis of failures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing instrumentation aspects of large-scale projects, preferably with Aramco approval or experience.
- In-depth knowledge of international instrumentation standards (e.g., ISA, IEC) and Aramco specific standards and procedures.
