- Develop and implement comprehensive project control strategies aligned with Aramco's standards and project objectives, ensuring robust cost, schedule, and risk management.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths, potential delays, and proposing mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
- Manage and control project budgets, meticulously tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and identifying variances to ensure financial adherence and optimize resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain effective reporting mechanisms, providing accurate and timely progress updates, performance analysis, and forecast information to project stakeholders and Aramco management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in project controls, specifically within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
- Proven experience working on mega-projects or complex projects with Aramco or similar major clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCP (Certified Cost Professional) is highly desirable.
