• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Aramco-approved projects, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Develop and meticulously manage detailed project plans, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies, specifically tailored for Aramco's operational environment.
• Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance to achieve project milestones within the demanding Aramco framework.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing robust contingency plans to safeguard project integrity and minimize impact on Aramco operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years directly managing projects within the Oil & Gas sector for Aramco or similar mega-projects.
