Job Overview

Al-Hasa Driving Education Company is looking for a Driving Trainer to join its specialized team in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to training new drivers, aiming to teach students the operating rules and traffic regulations of vehicles, in addition to managing theoretical and practical training sessions to enable safe and responsible driving on the roads.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop theoretical and practical driving instructional materials to ensure inclusivity and effectiveness.
• Deliver practical lessons to students, observe them closely while driving independently to ensure skill acquisition.
• Provide comprehensive theoretical lessons on traffic rules, and educate students on safe driving procedures and best practices.
• Manage vehicle driving tests for students, and provide constructive feedback to improve performance and capabilities.
• Strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in all training activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a field related to driving education or training, indicating a strong foundation in this area.
• Proven ability to convey information clearly and effectively to students of varying levels and educational backgrounds.
• Deep and comprehensive understanding of local and international traffic rules, as well as safe driving procedures and best practices.
• Holding a valid driving license suitable for the type of vehicles on which students will be trained.

Job Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al-Ahsa city within the Eastern Province. The role requires regular presence at the company facilities and the dedicated driving training grounds.
