الدور:
التأكد من أن أداء الصحة والسلامة والأمن في منشأة هايل للدواجن وإدارته والسيطرة عليه يتماشى مع سياسة HSS لشركة المراعي، والاشراف على HSS للمبيعات في مجال الدواجن.
لكي تكون ناجحاً في هذا الدور، يجب أن تتوافر لديك ما يلي:
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصّص HSS؛ شهادة NEBOSH أو شهادة_postgraduate في الصحة والسلامة/الأمن أو عضو فني ممثل لجمعية السلامة والصحة المهنية (Tech SP) أو عضو خريج في JOSH - (GRADOSH)، أو OSHA.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات كمدير HSS لمنظمة؛ خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كمدير HSS في مصنع دواجن؛ امتلاك خبرة إدارة عليا لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المخاطر والوقاية من الحرائق
- كفاءات مثل؛ تركيز على العميل؛ فطنة مالية؛ جودة القرار: تحسين عمليات العمل؛ المساءلة؛ قيادة النتائج؛ التعاون؛ تطوير المواهب؛ التواصل الفعّال؛ النزاهة والثقة؛ الوعي الذاتي؛ التكيف مع المواقف؛ معرفة فنية مطلقة في تصنيع الغذاء؛ معرفة جيدة بالرموز والمعايير الدولية المتعلقة بأنظمة الأمن والوصول ومنع NFPA، FPA, LPC؛ تدريب في قيادة الحوادث والقدرة على التعامل مع السلامة والأمن مع جميع أنواع الحوادث، حريق، انفجار، كيميائي وحوادث تؤدي إلى إصابات؛ القدرة على التحقيق في الحوادث؛ ISO 45001

An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.
The Role:
To ensure that the Hail Poultry site Health, Safety & Security Performance and control is managed and maintained in-line with the Almarai HSS policy, and to oversee the Poultry sales HSS.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HSS Discipline; NEBOSH Certificate or Post Graduate Certificate in Health, Safety/Security or similar technical member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (Tech SP) Or Graduate Member of JOSH - (GRADOSH), or OSHA.
- Minimum of 7-10 years as HSS Manager for an organization; Minimum 10 years’ experience as HSS Manager in a Poultry Factory; Possess a minimum 5 years of senior management experience in risk and fire prevention
- Competencies such as; Customer Focus; Financial Acumen; Decision Quality: Optimizes Work Processes; Accountability; Drive Results; Collaboration; Develop Talent; Communicates Effectively; Integrity & Trust; Self-Awareness; Situational Adaptability; Excellent technical knowledge of food manufacturing; Good knowledge of international codes and standards relating to security and access systems and Prevention NFPA , FPA , LPC; Trained in incident command and able to deal safety and security with all types of incidents , fire explosion , chemical and incidents resulting in causalities; Ability to investigate accidents; ISO 45001
