The Role: QC Veterinarian

As we expand our agricultural initiatives, with a primary focus on enhancing food security through integrated livestock projects, we are seeking a dedicated QC Veterinarian to join our team. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, and is crucial for upholding the health and welfare of our livestock through stringent quality control measures, comprehensive veterinary services, and strict compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular health inspections of livestock to ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulations.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures specifically related to animal health, nutrition, and welfare.
• Collaborate effectively with agricultural and veterinary teams to develop and implement robust health monitoring programs.
• Document and report findings on animal health and welfare to management, providing clear and actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with both local and international veterinary health regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough investigations into any health-related issues or instances of non-conformance, subsequently developing effective corrective action plans.
• Provide essential training and support to staff on best practices concerning animal care and quality assurance protocols.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the QC Veterinarian role should possess a strong background in veterinary medicine and demonstrate a commitment to animal welfare and quality control. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is required, showcasing a proven track record in livestock health management and regulatory compliance.
