Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh. This position is responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and supporting the sales team in promoting Eagle Lens security products and services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and technical presentations, conducting site visits, performing product demonstrations, and coordinating with engineering teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements. The role also involves responding to technical inquiries, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate project scoping, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support for security systems and integrated solutions. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and negotiation support. Candidates should preferably have knowledge of CCTV, intelligent video, biometric access control, visitor management systems, and public address systems. Relevant technical degree or diploma in engineering, information technology, or a related field is beneficial. Experience in security systems, low-current systems, or similar industries in the GCC region is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and travel within Riyadh and nearby areas as needed. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
