Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and the ability to develop creative architectural concepts and translate them into high-quality, buildable designs across a range of projects including residential villas, multi-story buildings, and commercial complexes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of architectural concepts from initial idea (Concept Design) through to detailed design stages.- Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical documentation to the highest professional standards.-Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and relevant regulations within Riyadh.-Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure fully integrated designs.- Review and maintain the quality of all design outputs.-Provide innovative and practical design solutions that meet client requirements and optimize space utilization.
Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture -Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design.-Proven experience in designing villas, residential buildings, and commercial developments.-Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local regulations in Riyadh.-Ability to develop architectural concepts and carry projects from vision to execution.
Technical Skills:-Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including:- Auto CAD-Revit- Sketch Up-3ds Max-Lumion / Enscape-Adobe Photoshop-Hands-on experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).-Strong 3D modeling and visualization capabilities.
Soft Skills:-Strong creative and design sense.-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.-Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.-High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
