About the Role at United Pharmacy

United Pharmacy is seeking a HR Data Analytics Specialist to join its team in Abha. This is a full-time role requiring hands-on experience of 2 to 5 years in the field of HR data analytics or a related area.

Job Objective

The incumbent will be responsible for HR performance and analytics, project tracking and coordination, and reporting and systems, in addition to ensuring effective communication and collaboration. The role aims to convert data into actionable insights to support decision-making and improve HR operations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and manage HR KPIs and dashboards.
  • Analyze HR metrics, such as: turnover, recruitment, attendance, performance, and employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic HR performance reports and present insights and analyses to the direct supervisor.
  • Identify trends and patterns and provide recommendations to improve HR processes based on data.
  • Track progress of HR projects and initiatives against timelines and set objectives.
  • Coordinate with HR team members to ensure tasks and outputs are completed on time.
  • Manage project tracking tools and project status reports.
  • Raise risks, delays, and dependencies, and propose corrective actions to the direct supervisor.
  • Maintain accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data across systems.
  • Use Excel and Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and performance summaries.
  • Support automation and improvement of HR reporting processes.
  • Present results and conclusions clearly to the direct supervisor.
  • Support cross-department HR initiatives through organized follow-up and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and briefs for management meetings.

Requirements and Skills

  • Hands-on experience of 2 to 5 years in HR data analytics or a related field.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Ability to develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns from HR data.
  • Ability to manage projects and coordinate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver insights and results clearly.
  • Commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
