Overview of the Role

Faisal Khalid Nasser Abdulaziz Al Saud and his partner are looking for a Leadership Coach to join their team in Medina. This role aims to teach students the rules for operating vehicles and their traffic regulations, in addition to managing and delivering the theoretical and practical training courses necessary to acquire safe and effective driving skills. The position is full-time and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and prepare customized theoretical and practical driving materials.
• Deliver practical lessons to students, supervise them, and observe them while they drive vehicles independently.
• Provide comprehensive theory lessons on traffic rules and raise students’ awareness of safe driving practices.
• Manage and conduct vehicle driving tests for students, and provide constructive feedback and assessments to improve their performance.
• Full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures adopted in all training activities.

Required qualifications and experience

• Hands-on experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in driving instruction or a related field.
• Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to students of various levels.
• Strong knowledge of traffic rules and road safety procedures.

Job details

This is a full-time position based in Medina. The role requires regular presence to provide theoretical and practical training to students.
