Job Summary

Assist the Supervisor and Team Leader in overseeing daily flight assembly operations, ensuring flights are prepared accurately and dispatched on schedule. Coordinate with various operational sections, monitor flight updates and documentation, supervise staff assignments, and ensure compliance with company, safety, security, and cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

Assist the Supervisor and Team Leader in managing daily flight assembly operations.

Assign and supervise staff to ensure flights are assembled and dispatched on schedule.

Monitor flight changes, telex messages, packing lists, and loading plans, and take immediate action when necessary.

Coordinate with Beverage, Kits, Tray Setting, Equipment, Food Packing, and Transport sections to ensure smooth operations.

Verify food load sheets, security checklists, and flight documentation before dispatch.

Ensure only authorized items are loaded onto aircraft and support VIP flight requirements when required.

Conduct proper shift handovers and maintain accurate operational records and logbooks.

Comply with company policies, safety, security, cybersecurity, and Saudi Labor Law requirements.

Qualifications

Male

High School, Secondary, or Vocational School graduate.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within catering or food service operations.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Willing to accept operational assignments and work on shifting schedules.

Basic knowledge of flight catering operations and documentation is an advantage.
