Profile Overview:
We're looking for an experienced HSE Analyst to join a leading organization in Dammam. This role blends on-field HSE expertise with strong analytical capabilities — ideal for someone who's as comfortable auditing a site as they are building a KPI report.
What You'll Do:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HSE data to drive workplace safety and environmental performance Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and prepare compliance reports Track quarterly EHS KPIs, PPE acknowledgements, and audit documentation Conduct formal reviews of site operations to ensure regulatory compliance Maintain and audit HSE databases, records, and safety statistics Coordinate with departments on injury prevention strategies and programs Deliver HSE training and support hazard analysis across site activities Organize and track HSE campaigns and contractor submissions
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Health, or Environmental Science Relevant HSE certifications (OSHA / NEBOSH)3–5 years of experience in a similar HSE role Strong command of Microsoft Office Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) Solid understanding of local (Saudi) safety regulations and EHS compliance standards
