About the Role In this role, you'll be responsible for driving catering sales, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Proven experience in catering or hospitality sales Strong network and business development skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to manage corporate, social, and event catering accounts Experience in the Saudi hospitality market is an advantage Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or business development. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Strong knowledge of the catering, events, and hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia. Experience in developing new business opportunities and managing key client accounts. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and revenue forecasts. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); experience with CRM systems is preferred. Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Valid Saudi driving license is preferred. Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) or eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
