Schedule Flexible hours (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities Video Editing & Production: Edit raw video footage into polished, platform-ready short-form content optimized for Tik Tok and other social media channels. Content Scheduling & Distribution: Schedule and publish multiple posts per day across platforms to maintain consistent audience engagement and build a 30/60/90-day content roadmap. Brand Outreach & Partnerships: Conduct proactive brand outreach, identify new deal opportunities, and manage communications to increase corporate partnership revenue. Content Calendar Management: Organize and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with the creator's long-term growth strategy. Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance, track audience metrics, and suggest creative ideas to diversify content themes into lifestyle and wellness niches. Brand Consistency: Maintain strict brand consistency, tone, and voice across all public-facing published content.
Requirements Content Creation Footprint: Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in social media management or dedicated digital content creation support. Video Editing Literacy: Strong video editing skills supported by a demonstrated portfolio of high-performing short-form social media content. Linguistic Standard: Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills specialized for professional brand outreach and business correspondence. Operational Habits: High level of attention to detail and a strong ability to maintain output quality across demanding, high-volume posting schedules.
