We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background. Job Description Summary: Responsible for assisting leadership with plan design, tracking and evaluating tends, as well as renewal strategy coupled with day-to-day administration and ensuring compliance of all local benefits (i.e. health & welfare, leave of absence and retirement) plans. Also drives project management and delivery of small-to-medium and/or concurrent long-term initiatives in support of global benefits strategic goals. We are looking for Senior Global Benefits Analyst who will:
  • Monitor trends, make recommendations to leadership in alignment with culture and benefits strategy.
  • Lead quarterly reviews/annual renewal meetings with carriers/broker partners and join leadership in related discussions on plan design, cost-share, future plan year strategies, etc.
  • Perform Day-to-day administration of plan compliance.
  • Field escalated employee questions associated with plan inclusions/exclusions.
  • Provide primary configuration support of Open Enrollments and ongoing benefit plan configurations facilitated via Workday.
  • Provide timely communication to employees about their benefits and educate them on CSG benefits offerings.
  • Partner with team, HR, and HRIS on recurring and ad hoc absence-related deliverables (i.e. annual holiday calendar, PTO buy-back, etc.)
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
  • Knowledge of benefits & leave of absence strategy and plan design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to draft corporate-caliber messaging and vary written communication style based on outlet, platform, scope, audience and global region.
  • Adept at soliciting buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster collaborative partnerships.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a global benefits role (EMEA region specifically)
