Seeking to hire a Head Chef who will report directly to the Executive Chef for our franchised restaurants and pastry chain of cafes located in the Republic of Congo.

The ideal candidate should assist in the preparation and creation of all food and drink menus, produce high-quality dishes in terms of both presentation and taste, ensure that the kitchen functions efficiently and meets our quality requirements, step in for the Executive Chef in organizing and overseeing food preparation when needed, effectively address any arising issues and take charge of challenging situations, supervise and train kitchen staff, create work schedules and evaluate staff performance, manage supplies ordering to maintain proper inventory levels, enforce compliance with sanitation regulations and safety protocols, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues.
Furthermore, it is required to possess strong leadership skills and proficiency in the French language.

Salary: $1700 + Food Allowance + Accommodation + Transportation + Flight Ticket per year + 30 days Annual Leave + Health Coverage
