We are looking for a Merchandiser for our Modern Trade channel. You will be responsible for:

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Implement planograms and product layouts to optimize sales and customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine merchandising approaches.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with customer to replenish stock in a timely manner, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure attractive and visually appealing displays that adhere to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Arrange products in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner to enhance product visibility and accessibility.
- Implement promotional signage and pricing displays accurately and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through strategic product placement, cross-merchandising, and upselling techniques.
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, answering queries, and offering product recommendations.
- Actively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, fostering positive relationships and loyalty.
