Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Junior Video Content Creator & Editor. This role will primarily involve shooting, editing, and creating engaging video content for various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:



Shoot and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website, and other promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative video ideas that align with brand objectives and target audience.
Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including setting up equipment, coordinating schedules, and managing logistics.
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring content is visually appealing, on-brand, and meets project objectives.
Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to add effects, graphics, music, and other elements to enhance videos.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing techniques.
Provide support in organizing digital assets, and managing video archives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality across all video content.
Other duties as assigned to support the overall marketing efforts of the company.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Previous experience with video production, editing, and shooting is desirable.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of photography, graphic design, or motion graphics is a plus.
A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic marketing environment.
