We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team:

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all departments received their RM within the Wooden Bakery norms
• Control the training of new production employee
• Responsible to fill check list related to his department twice per day
• Ensure that all items produced are as per Technical Instructions
• Suggest any change in Technical Instructions & report to factory operation manager
• Follow trial with R&D & give recommendation to R&D manager
• Control the cleaning effectiveness in his section
• Recommend any change in the cleaning master schedule that could affect quality of product
• Ensure that products released to Warehouse are within Wooden Bakery norms.
• Ensure that all RM in plant warehouse are in good quality & are stored in good condition
• Train new incomer in operation department
• Control the quality & quantity of retour goods
• Control the quality of left over items when used in the second day
• Report to factory operation manager any incident related to safety including pest & rodent.
• Implement ISO9001 procedure in case facing any quality problem in any product
• Ensure that packaging section is running smoothly & according to wooden bakery norms
• Check the packing of frozen items & its weight.
• Ensure that the recipe used by chef is as per Technical Instructions
• Perform other duties relevant to this job assigned by the Factory Operation Manager

Requirements:
• BS in food technology/nutrition from an accredited university.
• Five years experience in supervisory capacity.
• Good knowledge of Manufacturing Processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise with various support groups.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with acceptable computer skills.
• Willing to take up challenge, mature and independent character.
• Solid record of attention to details and strict adherence to procedures
