Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Hiring:
  • Play a key role in Manpower Planning and crafting Recruitment Strategy for the Finance Function of the Group.
  • Keep track of open positions, coordinate with Group HR for posting on digital platforms and other media as required.
  • Source candidates through authorized channels.
  • Ensure open positions are filled with the right talent in a timely manner.
  • Filter applications and conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Organize & Schedule interviews.
  • Maintain database of all applications & interview assessments.
  • Coordinate and organize employment requests, verify all supporting documents, approvals and submit the same to Group HR.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
2 Talent Management:
  • Plan and implement performance management programs.
  • Conceptualize, develop and support the implementation of Rewards & Recognition programs.
  • Coordinate & compile training requirements for the Department.
  • Develop, organize, coordinate & track training programs.
  • Create and maintain s and Job Profiles and update them periodically.
  • Establish Annual Key Performance Indicators by position in coordination with the HODs and track the actual performance against the same.
  • Track and analyze performance evaluations and achievements for contract renewal / promotion scenarios and succession planning.
  • Prepare and maintain the organization chart and ensure it is updated on a regular basis
3 Others :
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Review the organization structure periodically and make recommendations to improve the same, thereby enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Ensure high employee morality, happiness index and, employee satisfaction at all times. Organize appropriate events viz., seminars, training sessions, and employee day-outs etc., on a periodic basis to achieve the same.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to create a good working environment and encourage them to achieve the finance function's goals & objectives.
  • Any other staffing-related matters as assigned from time to time.
