We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee preparation and serving areas.
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices.
- Stay up-to-date with current coffee and beverage trends and make suggestions to enhance the menu offerings.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
