Description

  • Responsible for providing operational support in executing administrative requirements related to Ministries, MOL, Immigration, MOH, Municipalities, Visa Authorities, Register of Companies, Chamber of Commerce, and other government bodies to fulfill statutory business needs.
  • Liaise with the MOL / Immigration Department for visa formalities (new, renewal, release, and cancellation).
  • Organize and complete all the documentation formalities for recruits to get the residence visa stamped on staff's passports and civil ID within the prescribed time limit.
  • Organize the cancellation procedures in coordination with the HR and Onboarding Department and follow up on the repatriation of the resigned/terminated staff.
  • Ensure new/renewal of trade license and all company legal documents.
  • Ensure that all vehicle/asset renewals and registrations are done on time as per the Kuwait government regulations to avoid the imposition of fines.
  • Complete all general administration promptly and maintain accurate records for all above services.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
  • Liaise with Government bodies/departments like Ministry of Public Works (MPW), Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW), Public Authority for Housing & Welfare (PAHW), Public Authority for Road Transport (PART), Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT), Kuwait Municipality and others for Registration and Pre-Qualification.
  • Promote the company’s services to prospective clients in Kuwait, and maintain relationships with all prospective clients, primarily construction companies in Kuwait.
  • Working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners maintaining existing client relationships, and monitoring project awards to identify opportunities for the company’s services.
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up
  • Developing rapport with key decision-makers
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic language, written and verbal.
  • IT competency (Microsoft Office)
  • MOL, Immigration, and other online platform working experience is necessary.
  • Kuwait driving license.
  • Minimum 10 years’ related working experience in Kuwait.
