Reporting Manager: Country Manager
Responsibilities:
· Interacting with clients like Halliburton, Baker & Hughes, Schlumburger, ZPEC etc for their mud chemical requirements
· Review inventory, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing program improvement
· To manage stock control and ordering of supplies and stationery
· Keep a constant track of suppliers and clients to maintain healthy balance in the supply and demand
· Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities
· Play a significant role in long-term planning, including operational excellence.
· Management of operational budget and planning in coordination with the Executive Director
· Organize MIS reports and update Executive Director
· Supervise and coach team members on a regular basis
· Establish and implement departmental goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with Business Objective
· Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services
· Manage the lections, sales & deliveries of donated items.
· Deal with any day to day operational problems.
· To ensure that the warehouse and office spaces are well maintained
· To deal with customers using a variation of communication methods
Financial Administration
· Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service
· Supporting overall financial management, planning, systems and controls
· To manage the budget for all operational costs, and to ensure that the Revive achieves value for money
