We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills in Arabic and French.
Key Responsibilities:
Foreign Relations:
- Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
- Building a great connection and daily Follow up, with foreign partners, such as NGOs, embassies, and different entities
- Visiting various embassies and ministries… etc
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail, and onsite.
- Assist in all day-to-day management of the related tasks
PR:
- Representing the association in exhibitions and conferences and serving as a spokesperson
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
- Ability to apply successful fundraising and networking techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team for Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.)
- Prepare and submit PR reports
French or English (Written and spoken) is a mustBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 years of experience in Public RelationsOutstanding organization and leadership abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
