Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Handle difficult situations with employees and maintain a harmonious workplace.
Manage the social insurance process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Oversee the hiring cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Demonstrate commitment to work and the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Proficient in office applications and HR software.
Conduct screening and headhunting to identify top talent.
Exhibit patience and a good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Manage attendance, payroll, and personal employee information accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, preferably in a software house or tech company.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
