Job Summary:

As an Accounting Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and accounting functions within our construction division. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to support the growth and success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end closing and corporate reporting
• Provide professional input into the annual business planning and budget process and monitor the discrepancies.
• Lead the External and internal audits. 
• Oversee all financial reporting and KPI tracking to ensure accuracy and implement processes.
•  Manage and comply with the local tax requirements and filings.
•  Manage the company’s treasury function, weekly cash forecast and maintain bank relationships.
•  Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
•  Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
•  Process tax payments
•  Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
•  Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
•  Provide administrative support during budget preparation
•  Participate in quarterly and annual audits
