As a Quality Assurance Leader, you will have the opportunity to drive quality initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for leading the quality assurance team, defining and implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient testing of software products.
• Establish quality standards and best practices for software development and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.
• Identify, track, and report on key quality metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.
