- Develop safety policies and strategies,
- Inspects and monitors any violations of health and safety instructions, and stops them immediately until corrective action is taken.
- Conduct safety audits to identify possible hazards and address potential accidents.
- Monitor & analyze the safety performance & objectives.
- lead safety training programs for employees & explain health and safety laws and regulations, detail safety procedures, discuss preventative strategies.
- Generate Safety Issue Reports investigate incidents, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure that the issue leading to the incident has been addressed and corrected.
- Determine unsafe conditions & Apply the needed safety procedures.
- Conducting fake trials on facing emergencies and laying out different scenarios for them, in combination with the concerned departments.
- Investigate and analyze accidents, injuries, and occupational diseases, and determines recommendations and precautions to be taken to prevent their recurrence.
- Ensure that all required risk assessments and risk mitigation plans are properly conducted and executed to eliminate all identified safety risks.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Agriculture.Minimum 5 years of experience.Manufacturing or FMCG background is highly preferred.Maximum age 35 years.Very good command of English.Excellent level of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)NEBOSH & OSHA are plus.Must have ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
