- Responsible for the preparation and gaining approval of tender strategies for assigned contract packages.
- Responsible for creating and obtaining approval for evaluation strategies, evaluation reports, and prequalification documentation.
- Responsible for the preparation of tender documents including managing the input of other project team members, such as Technical Services, Construction Management, Project Controls and Safety & Health.
- Responsible for gaining approval of tender documents and evaluation strategies.
- Responsible for the issue of tender documents to the Client's Project Team and for drafting any other communications required with tenderers (e.g., Notices to Tenderers) for discussion with the Client's Project Team
- Responsible for the production of technical and commercial evaluation reports for the approval of the Client's Project Team.
- Responsible for drafting Letters of Intent and Notices to Proceed
- Responsible for drafting Contract Documents for the approval of the Client's Project Team
- Responsible for providing advice/assistance to the Client's Project Team for all pre award activities.
- Responsible for reporting on the procurement progress of assigned packages to the Senior Contracts/Procurement Manager.
- Responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of pre award documentation and processes.
