Job Description
· Initiate late payment notices to relevant parties
· Collect invoices and send it to the client.
· Follow up on the payment process.
· Send the requests in order to receive any mentioned certificates like withholding tax.
· Address questions, complaints, or suggestions from the clients side.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
Previous work experience in customer service, sales, collections or related field.
Excellent knowledge of collection processes.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and people skills.
Outstanding phone etiquette.

Resilient with impolite clients.
