Apexos Group has been founded in 2019 by investing in several real estate projects and in 2021 we started our first project in the Food & Beverage industry and now we're expanding it by establishing a multi-brand factory to serve our uprising investments in that sector; specifically in the Coffee Roasting and Chocolate manufacturing segments.

  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT on all office equipment
  • Provide general support to VIP visitors
  • Recruitment and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Handle personnel affairs 
  • Monitor and analyze employees attendance 
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like celebrations, trainings and conferences

Intermediate to Advanced English language skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. copiers and printers)Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsHolds a Bachelor degree
