- Dealing with most of the governmental entities in Egypt in addition to providing general guidance to all activities related to the government engagement

- Provide Crisis management support
- Develop and manage company strategy for strengthening relationships with elected officials and government agencies and increasing their understanding of and support for the company;
- Monitor legislation and policy activities, update and advise leadership and staff about relevant policy proposals and actions, and work with staff to analyze potential impacts;
- Work closely with the Egyptian Ministries other related organizations to ensure that all required documents are issued on time and are kept up to date;
- Keep the senior management updated about new and changing regulations, documentation requirements, and any trends in government activities that might affect the operations;
- Initiate communication with internal stakeholders to collect government-related requests and see its fulfillment with external parties;
- Conduct periodic visits to relevant ministries and governmental agencies to initiate, follow up or finalize government registration procedures;
- Develops a wide range of materials in support of government relations agenda, such as talking points, legislative summaries, factsheets, testimony, reports, and letters.
7 to 10 years of experience in governmental relations.Experience in real estate Experience in dealing with government authorities is a must.Excellent communication skills.Excellent negotiation skills.Excellent presentation skills.Wide range of connections.Representable.Maximum age 35.
