Main Duties:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for Eva Cosmetics & other brands.
- Manage various social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Create and edit creative engaging content for social media, websites, and blogs, with SEO in mind.
- Monitor and run online advertising on Facebook and Google AdWords (Search, Display, and Video).
- Analyze Google Analytics data and social media insights to optimize digital strategy and tactics.
- Create and optimize corporate and product websites.
- Organize and coordinate projects with web designers, developers, graphic designers, and other departments.
- Maintain Digital advertising, implementation, and optimization.
- Review and direct outgoing digital communication messages according to brands’ strategies and objectives.
- Submit Digital advertising planning (Monthly)
- Submit Digital advertising reports and optimization (Weekly)
- Review digital communication outgoing messages (Posting calendars’ copies and designs) (Monthly)
- Enhance any outgoing or internal communication platforms.
- Launch new digital platforms (new website) & (internal portal)
- Support in creating digital strategies for all handled Eva Cosmetics brands.
- Coach the subordinates and monitor the progress in their performance after the pieces of training is conducted according to their approved training plan.
- Submit achievements reports on a cycle basis as agreed with the direct manager.
- Set objectives for the Performance system according to the department and company objectives.
- Monitoring & digital reporting.
Bachelor's degree in mass communication/marketing ( Or Equivalent )3-5 years of experience in digital marketing in the MENA region (preferably in FMCG).Excellent command of the English Language.
