We are looking for an experienced Fleet Performance Coordinator who can run the below tasks professionally:

• Collect and analyze data related to fleet operations, including vehicle utilization, maintenance records, and driver performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, vehicle downtime, and fuel efficiency, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage the COD report and minimize outstanding dues to maintain financial integrity.
• Maintain efficient communication and resolution of riders' pending dues, issues, and wallet complaints by promptly reporting them within the designated timeframe.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors impacting performance and develop strategies for enhancement.
• Utilize fleet management software and data analysis tools to derive actionable insights.
• Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas requiring attention.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as fleet maintenance, logistics, and driver management, to address performance issues and develop solutions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes, track progress, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in fleet management, incorporating relevant knowledge into performance improvement efforts.
• Maintain accurate records related to regulatory compliance and safety initiatives.
