Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master’s Degree in civil engineering/infrastructure from a western university.
  • Minimum 20 years experience post grad in a related field on major national/international initiatives and developments.
  • Extensive experience in major Infrastructure projects
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
