Human Resources Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Jeddah. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to:
  1. Assisting with HR management
  2. Developing HR policies and procedures
  3. Managing employee benefits programs
  4. Personnel management
The Human Resources Specialist will also provide support in various areas of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills Experience in HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Experience in managing employee benefits programs Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
