Overview

Aramco has been mandated to implement a Maritime strategy across the kingdom and is seeking a CEO Office Manager to support this initiative. This important role will support the CEO with workload management and efficient execution of the CEO office responsibilities, i.e. coordination, administration, diary management, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Arrange and manage the agenda of the CEO, including: meetings, interviews, visits, occasions, and other activities.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, in terms of flight bookings, hotel, transportation, etc.
  • Manage CEO communication systems, including: calls, letters, etc.
  • Provide inputs for the formulation and review of policies and procedures on governance matters.
  • Guide the development of materials needed to support the CEO in decision-making.
  • Manage cross-divisional efforts towards the effective preparation of formal and informal Board meetings.
  • Schedule and prepare the CEO for Board meetings.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO to take meeting minutes and follow- up on tasks, as needed.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the CEO decision-making process during and in-between CEO meetings.
  • Plan and take appropriate measures to ensure the smooth transition and onboarding of new key members of management.
  • Oversee the implementation of approved Board policies in collaboration with relevant divisions.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Three plus years of experience in a BoD, CEO, CFO, COO, and/or CSO's office.
  • Strong planning, organizational, as well as verbal and written communications skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
