This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive at iOud. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, marketing, and B2B & B2C Sales.

- Market Planning and Market Research skills
- Play a key role and shoulder responsibilities integral to the success of the product marketing strategy for the brand, aligning efforts with overarching company objectives.
- Take a lead role in comprehensively analyzing the market landscape and studying competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
- Offer valuable insights for product positioning, leveraging a local marketing perspective to enhance market relevance.
- Conduct thorough research utilizing methods like surveys, polls, focus groups, and statistical analysis to ensure well-informed decisions on product specifications and lineup.
- Manage the product calendar and adhere to the product life cycle schedule, ensuring timely and effective product launches.
- Uphold competitiveness of the launched products in the market through diligent market analysis and strategic adjustments.
- Actively contribute to marketing promotional campaigns and brand initiatives, including but not limited to special promotions, sponsored events, and other marketing activities (e.g., PWP, Discounts, etc.).
- Collaborate in the process of stock ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of product information, visuals, and customer reviews.
Qualifications :-
- Candidate must be present in Kuwait and legally eligible to work there
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in beauty products or relevant industry is required
- In tune with market conditions as well as demographic and industrial trends
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Preferably specialize in Beauty / Retail Service or similar
