DRIVER/MECHANIC سائق / ميكانيكي 

Location: ATAQ PROJECT
Contract duration: 6 Months

MAIN PURPOSE:

Transporting MSF staff, patients and materials under good safety conditions and responsible for the fleet maintenance and the appropriate use and maintenance of MSF vehicles, in accordance with MSF rules, standards and protocols in order to have the vehicles in optimal running conditions.

نقل موظفي منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والمرضى والمواد في ظل ظروف سلامة جيدة، والمسؤولية عن صيانة المركبات والاستخدام والصيانة المناسبين لمركبات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، وفقاً لقواعد ومعايير وبروتوكولات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود؛ وذلك من أجل الإبقاء على المركبات في حالة مثالية للعمل.

KEY OF RESPONSIBILITIES (60% Driving and 40% Mechanic)    

المسؤوليات الرئيسية (60% سائق و40% ميكانيكي):

• As driver, performing the tasks of transporting authorized goods and passengers in an MSF vehicle, ensuring its technical and safety conditions and respecting the country's traffic rules and MSF security rules in order to provide a safe, smooth and efficient service.
• كسائق، تأدية مهام نقل المواد والركاب المصرح لهم في سيارات أطباء بلا حدود، مع ضمان حالتها الفنية واستيفائها معايير السلامة، واحترام قواعد المرور في البلاد وقواعد أمن منظمة أطباء بلا حدود؛ وذلك من أجل توفير خدمة آمنة وسلسة وفعالة.
• As mechanic, in charge of maintaining all MSF vehicles and generators, ensuring that they are in good working condition and that they have the necessary materials and equipment, such as tools, emergency box, radio, spare parts, etc. Tasks includes fixing minor mechanical problems and liaising with the Logistics Supervisor for major mechanical problems.
• كميكانيكي، تحمل المسؤولية عن صيانة جميع مركبات ومولدات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، والتأكد من أنها في حالة جيدة للعمل مع ضمان توفر المواد والمعدات اللازمة، مثل الأدوات، وصندوق الطوارئ، واللاسلكي، وقطع الغيار، إلخ. وتشمل المهام إصلاح المشكلات الميكانيكية الصغيرة والتواصل بالمشرف اللوجستي للمشاكل الميكانيكية الكبيرة.
• Maintaining up to date and accurate department stock cards and tracking the consumption and condition of products dedicated to MSF vehicles. Using materials according to MSF policies and procedures.
• الحفاظ على بطاقات مخزون القسم محدّثة ودقيقة، مع تتبّع استهلاك وحالة المنتجات المخصصة لمركبات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود. واستخدام المواد وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود.
• For the fleet management, responsible for planning and organizing the weekly check-up and service of the vehicles according to MSF policies and procedures. After every service, repair and check-up, completing the necessary documents, such as logbook, check-up sheet and monthly report. Reporting any mechanical breakdown to the Logistics Supervisor.
• فيما يخص إدارة المركبات، تحمل المسؤولية عن تخطيط وتنظيم الفحص الأسبوعي للمركبات وخدمتها وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود. وبعد كل خدمة، يتم الإصلاح والفحص، واستكمال المستندات اللازمة، مثل السجل، وصحيفة الفحص، والتقرير الشهري. وإبلاغ المشرف اللوجستي بأي خلل ميكانيكي. 
• Ensuring that all vehicles have the required papers and equipment (road-books, fire extinguisher, road triangle, spare oil, coolant, map, insurance driver licenses, matriculation, etc.)
• ضمان حصول جميع المركبات على الأوراق والمعدات المطلوبة (دليل الطرق، ومطفأة الحريق، ومثلث الطرق، والزيت الاحتياطي، والمبرد، والخرائط، ورخص القيادة التأمينية، وسجل المركبة، إلخ).
• With the Logistics Manager, identifying training needed by the drivers and making appropriate recommendations regarding the appropriate trainer.
• بمعية المشرف اللوجستي، تحديد التدريبات التي يحتاجها السائقون وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة بشأن المدرب المناسب.
• Preparing monthly roster for drivers
• إعداد جدول المناوبات الشهري للسائقين.
• Providing the Log Supervisor with a monthly report addressing at a minimum, the progression of activities, the difficulties encountered and the plan of action for the coming months
• تزويد المشرف اللوجيستي بتقرير شهري يتناول على الأقل تقدم الأنشطة والصعوبات وخطة العمل للأشهر المقبلة.

MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities

• Ensure to participate with the supervisor to prepare the spare parts for vehicles and generators international Order based on need of the project.
• المشاركة مع المشرف لإعداد الطلبية الدولية من قطع الغيار للمركبات والمولدات الكهربائية بناءً على حاجة المشروع.
• Ensure that all MSF Ataq Vehicles are washed on weekly basis and generator cleaned.
• التأكد من غسل جميع مركبات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود في عتق بشكل أسبوعي وتنظيف المولد.
• As a driver mechanic, ensure that all vehicles selected for inter-state trip must undergo a pre-trip check a day before the movement and to report to the line manager of any anomalies dictated with the assigned vehicles.
• كسائق وميكانيكي، التأكد من أن جميع المركبات المختارة للرحلات قد خضعت لفحص ما قبل الرحلة وذلك قبل يوم واحد من الحركة، وإبلاغ المدير المباشر بأي خلل في المركبات المعنية.
• Ensure spare parts are organised and planned before next service.
• تنظيم قطع الغيار والتخطيط لها قبل الصيانة التالية.
• Ensure the Support in the monitoring and renewal of insurance and other relevant documentس.
• متابعة وتجديد التأمين وغيره من الوثائق ذات الصلة.
• Ensure support for monitoring the spare parts inventory schedule and prepare the average monthly consumption (AMC) for both generator and the vehicles.
• الاهتمام بالمتابعة الدورية لمخزون قطع الغيار وإعداد متوسط الاستهلاك الشهري لكل من المولدات والمركبات.
• Ensure support for the proper maintenance of fuel storage facilities for the project and their compliance with MSF standards.
• متابعة الصيانة السليمة لمرافق تخزين الوقود للمشروع وامتثالها لمعايير أطباء بلا حدود.
• Ensure support for the technical validation of fuel.
• متابعة التحقق التقني من صحة الوقود.
• Ensure support for monitoring, analyzing and rationalizing fuel consumption.
• متابعة استهلاك الوقود وتحليله وترشيده.
• Ensure involvement for service A, B, and C for both vehicles and generators. 
• ضمان خضوع كل من المركبات والمولدات للصيانة بجميع مستوياتها: صغيرة ومتوسطة وكبيرة.
