  • Disseminate products concept to elicit the requirements, determine business and functional and technical requirements in coordination with the business owners to provide the most effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely coordination of the development of all approved business and functional specifications for specified projects to identify new features or new opportunities for product creation.
  • Review all technical documents with concerned technical teams to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents.
  • Proactively identify and propose changes to streamline the procedures and improve the final customer experience.
  • Develop and implements effective reporting tools and support them to successful in order to deliver the right products to the right customers.
  • Define and implement the required monitoring and control mechanisms, proactively identify issues and initiate the required corrective actions, avoiding or minimizing the impact on customers.
  • Ensure that the monitored procedures are executed with accordance to the SLAs defined, identify issues and implement the required corrective measures.
  • Analyze trends and recommends adjustments address and/or capitalize on trends.
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement to provide new technical solutions.
  • Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
