The Job
You will be responsible for: - Operating, providing, and implementing various operations/logistical and administration functions.
- Monitoring day-to-day administrative activities related to Iqama, including office equipment maintenance and inventory control.
- Planning, directing, and coordinating organization operations in line with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and supporting visa operations.
- Updating and adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Developing effective relationships with external stakeholders and government departments.
- Keep up to date with all government updates and communicate any updates changes to the management team.
- Create basic SOP and support the team with templates and guides.
The Profile
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within professional services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Goal-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to undertake 30-60% travel.
- Proficient in Arabic and English (read, write, speak, and understand).
- Valid KSA driving license and own transportation.
- Highly motivated, responsible, and reliable with a proven track record.
- Extensive experience in KSA labor, immigration, and company setup regulations.
- Familiarity with online government portals for application processes.
- You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point).
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
