Job Purpose: Responsible for HC function in providing peoples analysis, forecasting and insights when required, ensure to follow technology data quality processes and standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support HC function in providing peoples analysis, forecasting and insights when required.
- Develop predictive analysis models to identify high-performance and attrition drivers
- Collaborate with Technology team to integrate BI systems with HC system to develop and maintain various dashboards in particularly aligning HC objectives with business outcomes.
- Work closely with technology team to drive common analytical solutions, standards and best practice.
- Ensure to follow technology data quality processes and standards.
- Develop and design a functional wise workforce analytical dashboards which includes and not limited to , attrition, absences, performance rating , nationalism, diversity recruitment and headcount analysis and therefore share dashboards with HC function
- Ensure to provide the reports to management when required.
- Set reporting standards and develop reporting methodology within HC and act as the centralized reporting function by ensuring all HC stakeholders are receiving reports in a standard and timely manner
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5 Years of relevant experience .
- Written and Oral proficiency of English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Skills in data modeling approaches.
