Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Overview:

  • To lead the real estate marketing and brokers team to develop and execute strategic digital initiatives that drive new business opportunities and maximize occupancy rates across all managed properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Brokerage and Leasing strategies (B2B - B2C) to achieve and exceed revenue targets, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and lead generation.
  • Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales and Marketing team, ensuring they stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all our clients types (B2B - B2C) , ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the Brokerage and Leasing process.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate and property market trends, competitors, and opportunities, and leverage this knowledge to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's portfolio and working knowledge of competitor products/services;
  • Managing rights and obligations under the company's key commercial agreements and other regulatory bodies;
  • Obtain customer feedback on service quality and share with management to continuously improve the business operations;
  • Identify new real estate and properties market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing a robust and successful business proposal that secure new deals, contracts and long term relationships.
  • Representing the organization at trade and real estate exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities;
  • Establishing and monitoring the department’s internal organizational procedures and verifying the quality of work and speed of completion
  • Constantly checking the quality of service provided to customers and coordinating with other departments when needed
  • Ensure all team members are managing the performance of all commercial activities with clear KPI metrics and have a clear plan for incremental improvement.
  • Contribute to setting targets, KPI and commission schemes in line with the company's requirements.
  • Work closely with the management to set budgets and re-forecasts
  • Work closely with HR to ensure a clear plan for the development of talent in the Commercial and Marketing team.
  • Managing the real estate marketing team and the broker's team in order to ensure that goals are achieved
  • Creating a network of relationships with external intermediaries in order to ensure rapid spread in the market and achieve business strategies
  • Working to enhance the company’s brand as a real estate marketer in the Kingdom that has a good reputation with customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications; Master's Degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of working experience in real estate/property management field
  • 5 years of proven senior role in the local market
  • Fluency in English is required, Arabic fluency is preferred
