Job Description:
Consult the Machinery outfitting discipline engineers for the Mechanical division. Create Master Engineering Plan for the Mechanical Division of New Project considering Construction Schedule, Procurement and Detail/Production MP/MP. Evaluate Engineering Manpower with analysing changeable design workload for the Mechanical Division and Deploy engineers where needed. Develop and structure the division’s engineering capabilities for the Discipline in line with the department’s strategic development plan. Contribute to the professional development of employees by providing training and mentoring. Monitor and ensure achievement of key performance indicators for the engineering discipline. #J-18808-Ljbffr
