Job Summary:
Operations & Maintenance department is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fulfill a vital role in the project implementation. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are built according to the required specifications, thereby contributing to the overall success of the project. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate their expertise through past experience on similar large-scale projects.
The project: This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:
- Day to day reporting to the Director of Commissioning and Handover.
- Produce and agree with Ministry of Sport the strategy for Operation and Maintenance for the stadium and training facility assets.
- Manage the procurement of the O&M Contracts for the Stadium(s) and Training Facility(ies).
- Ensure the contractors produce the operation manuals for the Stadium(s) and Training Facility(ies).
- Responsible for Operations & Maintenance section of the testing and commissioning knowledge transfer program which includes comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Support Procurement and Prepare O+M section for Construction RFP's.
- Support for preparation & evaluation of construction RFP's & proposals.
- Review and make comments on Main contractor's tender return on O+M section.
- Ensure full adherence to Testing and commissioning and Handover department processes & procedures.
- Reporting on Main Contractors progress on production of Operations Manual.
You'll need to have:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required. The candidate should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience, with at least 8+ years in a relevant role.
