Main purpose of job :-

• To manually produce quality shop drawings, in accordance with contract specifications.

Job objectives :-

• To produce accurate workshop drawings, section & detail drawings, and floor plans using manual drafting instruments.
• To maintain the currency of drawings in accordance with specific directions.
• To help maintain an efficient & effective drawing service to internal customers and the external clients and associates.

Safety and quality responsibilities :-

• Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements. 
• Take reasonable care of his own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

Essential work activities :-

Administrating / Writing / Drawing / Calculating / Counting / Planning / Implementing / Designing / Problem Solving / Info from / Using Instruments / Analyzing / Integrating / Interpreting / Checking written Info / Designs / Motivating.

Education, skills and experience essential :-

• A Diploma in Draughtsmanship.
• Drafting Knowledge.
• Drawing knowledge and tools.
• Engineering discipline.
• Drawing Skills.
• Discipline Skills.
• Teamwork and Team leading.
• 2 to 5 Years of Work Experience in a related field.
